Instructions For Application

1. All applications must be submitted to the BACF office no later than April 1^st.
2. All applicants must fill out JUST one common application form, regardless of the number of scholarships for which you are applying. You may also print out the MS Word Application Form, complete, and mail directly to BACF.
3. Please read the description provided by each scholarship name to determine whether or not you are eligible.
4. Additional requirements for each scholarship are listed below. Please include or attach the required information.
5. Inform the Guidance Counselor at your school that you require an official transcript to be sent directly to the BACF.
6. Required letters of recommendation should be mailed directly to the BACF office. Please have the person doing the recommendation indicate to which scholarship(s) the letter should be attached.
7. Official transcripts and letters of recommendation may be mailed directly to the BACF or taken to the guidance counselor's office and they will get all attachments to the BACF.
